Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in inquiries and provide detailed information about membership plans, offers, and facilities.
Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets through effective follow-ups and conversions.
Conduct outbound calls to leads generated from Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, and referrals.
Maintain and update lead records in CRM and daily sales reports.
Give club tours to potential customers and highlight key USPs of Nitrro Kalyani Nagar.
Build strong relationships with members to drive referrals and renewals.
Coordinate with the marketing team for offline/online marketing activities.
Represent Nitrro professionally during in-house events, activations, and promotional activities.
Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain club hygiene and presentation.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in sales; fitness industry experience is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Good knowledge of CRM, lead management, and basic computer skills.
Positive attitude, energetic personality & customer-first approach.
Flexibility to work on weekends and peak hours.
