However, the employee may be required to shift to any other office, which the company may establish in India or abroad. Objectives: · Training the Clients to achieve the Goals · Conducting Fitness Assessments of the Client · Making schedule cards for the Clients · Updating Fitness Assessments and Schedule cards of the clients after 2 months · Giving complete attention and dedication to clients during personal training slots · Attending to general clients on the floor during vacant slots · Making courtesy calls with reminders to the clients that they are due for their Fitness assessments · Actively participating in the internal & external activities of the Company and any other job assigned by the Gym Manager General Responsibilities · Projects a polished, professional image at all times · Must be current on Company pricing and promotion schedule · Maintains information on club history, background, philosophy, facilities, staff and policies · Has a thorough knowledge of, adheres to and enforces Company policies and procedures as they pertain to gym operations · Maintains a positive relationship with the rest of the staff. Supports other staff in achieving their goals · Participates in all scheduled meetings as directed by the department head. · Is duly certified and keeps upgrading himself. Key Responsibilities: Handle walk-in inquiries and provide detailed information about membership plans, offers, and facilities. Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets through effective follow-ups and conversions. Conduct outbound calls to leads generated from Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, and referrals. Maintain and update lead records in CRM and daily sales reports. Give club tours to potential customers and highlight key USPs of Nitrro Kalyani Nagar. Build strong relationships with members to drive referrals and renewals. Coordinate with the marketing team for offline/online marketing activities. Represent Nitrro professionally during in-house events, activations, and promotional activities. Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain club hygiene and presentation. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in sales; fitness industry experience is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Good knowledge of CRM, lead management, and basic computer skills. Positive attitude, energetic personality & customer-first approach. Flexibility to work on weekends and peak hours.
