Role: Relationship Manager(Sales Representative)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Achieving the assigned sales targets for a given period.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of various car models, features, and options to assist customers effectively.
Staying updated on competitor offerings, industry trends, and customer preferences.
Actively seeking and pursuing leads through various channels, such as walk-ins, phone calls, online inquiries, and events.
Effectively negotiating with customers to close deals that benefit both the dealership and the customer.
Ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation related to the sales process are completed accurately and promptly.
Upholding the dealership's brand image and values while interacting with customers.
Participating in Field Sales Marketing events.
Coordinate with CRM, MIS & Accounts team for all customer needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma, diploma, or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or relevant experience in a related field.
Possession of a valid four-wheeler driving license.
Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and schedules.

Exceptional verbal and communication skills.
