Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Representative to drive new client acquisition and expand our digital service reach. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our creative services, closing deals, and building lasting relationships with brands and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential leads in industries such as real estate, retail, education, and startups.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate digital services (e.g., branding, social media marketing, video editing, motion graphics, etc.).
• Conduct client meetings (online/offline), presentations, and service walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with the creative team to prepare customized proposals and quotes.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain client communication, feedback, and satisfaction during onboarding.
• Keep records updated in CRM and provide regular reporting to the management.
• Represent Pixelrio at networking events and business expos.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or creative industries.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and creative services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Existing client network in North East India or metro cities.
• Experience with branding and creative service pitching.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
