As part of our rapid expansion, we are currently looking to hire Sales Team Members across the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for introducing our range of products and services to dentists within your assigned territory. By engaging with implantology professionals through various channels, such as office visits, hospitals, trade shows, and study groups, you will promote the benefits of our dental implant products and educational programs. This position offers the opportunity to cultivate a successful territory and contribute significantly to the company's overall performance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct sales activities to meet assigned quotas and goals, adhering to company policies and legal regulations. - Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop sales plans and optimize performance. - Provide guidance to customers and dentists on the use of our products during dental surgery procedures. - Assist in the collection of Accounts Receivables in coordination with Corporate staff. - Identify and pursue new sales prospects to drive product growth. - Address customer inquiries and complaints, scheduling follow-up appointments as needed. Qualifications: - Prior experience in B2B sales of dental products or medical devices. - Established network in relevant markets is advantageous. - Self-motivated individual with strong work ethic. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with dental professionals. - Proficient in negotiation and proven track record in sales. - Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication abilities.
