You will be working as a Salesman to promote and sell animal feed products in the assigned area. Your main responsibilities will include: - Promoting and selling pashu aahar (cattle feed, buffalo feed, poultry feed, etc.) to farmers, retailers, and distributors. - Visiting villages, dairy farms, and market areas to identify potential customers. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Collecting market information about competitors, pricing, and farmer needs. - Ensuring timely delivery of products to retailers and farmers. - Conducting product demonstrations and explaining feed benefits. - Maintaining daily sales reports and sharing them with the sales manager. - Coordinating with the production and logistics team for stock and supply management. Qualifications required for this role include: - Prior experience in sales, particularly in the agriculture or animal feed industry, would be beneficial. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and target-driven. - Knowledge of the local market and customer base.
