Responsibilities:
· Able to Build strong Relationship with Customer
· Clear Understanding of Customer Requirements
· Being Bold In Customer Approach & Making A Right Connect With Customers, Specifiers
· Identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions
· Prompt in product knowledge
· Keep Updating in New Price List.
· Coordination with Team for Pricing and Product Details
· Close Follow up with customer regarding quotation status.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn new product ranges
· Maintaining Both Sales and Quotation records.
· Good In Computer Knowledge, MS Excel, MS Word
· Able to Push The Product to Customers & Explain the Benefits & Advantages
· After Sales Service Should be Given In case a Customer Reaches Out.
· Must Be Well Known With City Routes / Areas.
· Mapping Projects, Area Wise / Location Wise. Bifurcating Villas, Premium Villas, Flats/Apartments.
· Must Be Punctual & On Time for Any Appointments / Meeting
· Weekly Updating All Project Details & Reporting to be done
· Smartly Planning the Visits & Prefix Appointments.
