· Prepare sales quotation based on customer requirements.
· Provide Correct Product knowledge and suggest suitable solutions to customers
· Update and maintain records of quotation, enquiries and follow-ups
· Follow up with customer for approval of quotation and order confirmation.
· Strong communication and customer handling skills
· Ability to understand customer requirements and offer the right products.
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn new product ranges
· Accuracy in rate, quantities and customer details
· Proficiency In MS excel, word, tally & Zoho
· Must be Able to Understand Various Types of BOQ, BOM Sent BY Clients
· Must be experienced in Tender Quotation’s
· Analyze Material Input & Labor Cost (Industry Prices Knowledge Tentatively)
· Find & Discuss with Right Vendor & Understand the Product Before Quoting
· Taking Complete & Necessary Details From Vendors - Catalogs, Product Images, Price List, Discount Structure, Validity, HSN Code, Product Availability & Lead Time, MOP
· Study and Learn Product Available with Various OEM’s For Many Applications requirement given by customers.
