Role & Responsibilities

  1. Sales Activities:

    • Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients.
    • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
  2. Client Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.
    • Provide personalized solutions based on customer needs.
    • Handle customer objections and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  3. Market Research:

    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
    • Identify potential markets and customer segments.
    • Gather feedback on products and services for improvement.
  4. Administrative Tasks:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and communication.
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
    • Manage CRM software to track leads and sales progress.
  5. Team Collaboration:

    • Coordinate with marketing teams to align strategies and campaigns.
    • Work closely with the product or service delivery team for seamless execution.
    • Share insights and suggestions with peers to improve sales processes.
