Sales Representative

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to promote our range of professional services. The ideal candidate will meet clients in person, understand their business needs, and offer tailored service solutions. This is a performance-driven role ideal for individuals who enjoy client interaction, field meetings, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits and client meetings to promote company services (e.g., digital marketing, IT solutions, software, or business consulting).
• Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through on-field activities and networking.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements and offer customized service solutions.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Prepare and maintain records of client visits, proposals, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and service advancements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in service-based industries).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct multiple client meetings and travel frequently within assigned areas.
• Goal-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or Graduation (preferred).
• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on target achievement and experience)
