Role Overview

We’re seeking a confident and high-performing Sales Representative to join our expanding wellness brand. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle, from handling warm inbound leads to closing clients, while also exploring new business opportunities.

This is a full-time role with a fixed base pay + attractive commissions.

Your earning potential? ₹50,000 - ₹1,00,000+ per month (and growing).


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for warm inbound leads (consultation → close).
  • Conduct cold outreach via calls, DMs, emails, and social media to generate new leads.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Maintain and update client data in our CRM system (training provided).
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships and confidently communicate the Nourish by Karisma value proposition.
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with the founder and operations team to optimize the client experience.


What We are Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience (preferably in wellness, fitness, or coaching services).
  • Excellent communication skills: fluent in Hindi and English.
  • Confident, empathetic, and results-driven approach to client conversations.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and proactive lead generation.
  • Comfortable using basic tech tools and CRMs (or quick to adapt).
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and hungry to grow in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
