As a Sales Representative at Nourish by Karisma, you will play a vital role in managing the entire sales cycle, from handling warm inbound leads to closing clients and exploring new business opportunities. Your earning potential ranges from 50,000 to 1,00,000+ per month and is continuously growing. Responsibilities: - Manage warm inbound leads from consultation to close - Conduct cold outreach through calls, DMs, emails, and social media to generate new leads - Identify and pursue new business opportunities via partnerships, referrals, and community engagement - Maintain and update client data in the CRM system - Build strong relationships, communicate the Nourish by Karisma value proposition effectively, and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets - Collaborate with the founder and operations team to enhance the client experience Qualifications: - 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in wellness, fitness, or coaching services - Fluent in Hindi and English with excellent communication skills - Confident, empathetic, and results-driven in client interactions - Comfortable with cold outreach and proactive lead generation - Proficient in using basic tech tools and CRMs, or quick to adapt - Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment At Nourish by Karisma, you will have unlimited earning potential based on your efforts, structured training, and mentorship from an IIT alum founder, purpose-driven work that directly impacts individuals' health journeys, and a fast growth path with opportunities to scale into leadership roles.
