Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive position at Nourish by Karisma is a full-time role based in Work from Home (WFH) or Chandigarh with working hours from 9am to 6pm. As a wellness-focused brand, Nourish by Karisma specializes in offering personalized nutrition coaching to help clients improve their health through sustainable lifestyle changes backed by science. Your responsibilities in this role will include managing and regularly following up with leads, scheduling discovery and consultation calls with the Sales team, updating the CRM and sales trackers daily, handling sales data and reports, assisting in planning sales offers and outreach campaigns, as well as sending out Monthly Promotional Flyers. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, be detail-oriented and proactive with basic data handling skills, be willing to learn and proficient in working with CRM tools like ZOHO.
