Sales Representative

We are on a mission to make healthy living accessible and convenient for all. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations. You will be responsible for managing a sales team, building relationships with retail and distribution partners, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Manage and mentor the sales team to boost performance and productivity Identify and expand new business opportunities and partnerships Track sales metrics, generate reports, and present performance to leadership Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotions and campaigns Conduct market research and stay updated on competitor activities and trends Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 3+ years of proven sales experience (preferably in FMCG or food retail) Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM tools Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with the Delhi/NCR market is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a fast-growing health-focused brand Dynamic and collaborative team environment Career growth and development opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
