Sales Representative FMCG Distribution

As a Merchandising and Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all outlets are merchandised according to company standards. Your responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining planograms for product placement, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring product availability. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, negotiate shelf space and promotional activities, and ensure the timely execution of trade marketing initiatives. Your role will also involve training and guiding in-store promoters on product knowledge, selling techniques, and merchandising standards. You will monitor promoter performance and provide feedback for improvement. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, expanding product availability across the assigned territory, and identifying new sales opportunities are key aspects of your position. In terms of qualifications and skills, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) and at least 3 years of experience in FMCG sales and distribution. A strong understanding of merchandising and key account management, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools, are essential for this role. Key Competencies required for this position include being sales-driven and target-oriented, possessing strong relationship management skills, having good analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
