Job Description

As a Sales Representative/Sales Head for the Indian Market based in Jabalpur, your role will involve driving revenue growth by closing deals with Indian clients, presenting tailored proposals, and managing client relationships post-sale. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in client communication, and have the ability to convert qualified leads into long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Attend scheduled sales calls with Indian prospects, focusing on B2B clients. - Present service offerings and demonstrate how our solutions address client pain points. - Create and share professional proposals and quotations according to client needs. - Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to final closure and client onboarding. - Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to guide them through the decision-making process. - Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closures. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools. - Collaborate with internal marketing, delivery, and finance teams for a seamless handover and client satisfaction. Requirements: - 1-3 years of B2B sales or agency/service-based sales experience, preferably in the digital marketing or SaaS industry. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in sales processes and working with CRM tools. - Ability to develop customized proposals and address client objections effectively. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in follow-ups. - Fluency in both written and spoken English and Hindi. - Comfortable working from our Jabalpur office.
