As a Sales Executive in our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers is key to ensure repeat business and referrals. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business is crucial. You will be expected to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers. Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth will be a core part of your role. Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty is imperative. Accurate reporting of sales performance, customer interactions, and market feedback will be required to track progress and make informed decisions. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Solar industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. A strong understanding of B2B sales principles and practices is necessary. Demonstrated results orientation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly valued. Being self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively is important for success in this role. Male candidates are preferred.
