1. New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
3. Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
4. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services and communicate their value proposition to customers.
5. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
6. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
7. Sales Reporting: Accurately report sales performance, customer interactions, and market feedback.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Solar industry
2. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B sales principles and practices.
4. Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
