Role Description

First and foremost person should be tend and ok to travel to Dubai whenever needed(on company's expense) This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and guiding them through their property investment journey. This includes advising clients on the best investment opportunities, conducting property tours, and providing after-sales support. Daily tasks involve meeting sales targets, maintaining client databases, and staying updated with market trends.

Qualifications

Client Relationship Management, Lead Generation, and Sales Skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Knowledge in Real Estate Market Trends and Investment Opportunities
Negotiation Skills and Ability to Close Deals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
