Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Partner with strategic implanting centers to develop the account/implanter practice - Provide product and therapy technical support and service, including consultation at strategic management and analysis of sales trends - Utilize appropriate Neuro business partners to present marketing and business plans to accounts for territory development and growth - Maintain a working knowledge of competitive products - Ensure personal understanding of all quality policy/system items that are personally applicable - Follow all work/quality procedures to ensure quality system compliance and high-quality work - Achieve sales targets, manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and oversee Channel Management Qualifications Required: - Advanced knowledge of the job area typically obtained through education combined with broad sales experience - Baccalaureate degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with complete knowledge of company products and services - Career-level sales representatives, who are fully qualified and experienced professionals Additional Details about Medtronic: Medtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package to its employees as a commitment to their well-being.
