Job Overview We are looking for confident, graceful, and client-focused Sales & Client Relationship Executives to join our team at our Luxury Indian Ethnic wear Boutique, awaiting its inauguration. This role requires more than just selling garments. Its about building long-term relationships with clients, understanding their tastes, and making them feel special through every step of their journey with us. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients with warmth, professionalism, and deep product knowledge Provide personalized styling suggestions for bridal and occasion-wear needs Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and updates Coordinate trials, fittings, and custom orders with accuracy and attention to detail Maintain client records, preferences, and past purchases for seamless service Ensure the store is presentable, organized, and reflects the brands luxury standards Meet sales targets while ensuring every client leaves with a memorable experience Ideal Candidate Profile Experience: Prior experience as a salesperson or CRM in a premium/luxury retail setting (bridal, designer wear, or fashion houses preferred) Fashion-Savvy: Good understanding of Indian bridal-wear, fabrics, embroidery techniques, and current fashion trends Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus); well-spoken and articulate Presentation: Well-groomed, elegant, and confident in personal style, reflecting the aesthetic of the boutique Client Focused: Naturally warm and polite with excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills Organized & Proactive: Able to manage client appointments, follow-ups, and internal coordination efficiently Education: Bachelors degree or diploma preferred, ideally in fashion, retail, communications, or hospitality Feel free to go over our brand on instagram under the name @officialkanchananext
