Key Responsibilities: - Create well-structured and persuasive sales proposals and agreements tailored to client requirements. - Design and develop professional presentations to support sales pitches and business meetings. - Coordinate between the sales team and other teams effectively. - Collaborate with Stakeholders to gather necessary insights and data for proposals and presentations. - Contribute innovative ideas to streamline and improve processes consistently. - Research and analyze industry trends to enhance the quality and effectiveness of proposals. - Document meeting minutes and promptly share them with all relevant stakeholders. - Maintain a good work relationship with the development team to ensure a smooth pre-sales process. - Update and maintain a repository of proposal templates and presentation materials. - Ensure all sales collateral is accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in Software sales support, pre-sales, or a similar role. - Prior experience in creating and managing sales proposals is a must. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good interpersonal skills. - Strong proficiency in Google Docs, MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and design tools like Canva. - Proficient in AI tools such as ChatGPT. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Experience working in a Software development company is a plus.
