Sales Promoter

A Sales Promoter's job is to increase product sales and brand awareness by engaging potential customers, demonstrating products, and providing samples or flyers. They work on behalf of a brand, often within retail stores, to answer customer questions, highlight product benefits, and persuade customers to try or purchase specific items. Key responsibilities include setting up attractive displays, achieving sales targets, gathering customer feedback, and maintaining positive brand image. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement:Approach potential customers, build interest, and provide promotional pitches.
• Product Demonstration:Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
• Information & Samples:Distribute free samples, flyers, brochures, and detailed product information to customers.
• Sales Achievement:Work to achieve specific sales targets and increase brand sales growth.
• Brand Awareness:Raise awareness and build a positive brand image for the company's products.
• Display Management:Set up, arrange, and maintain attractive product displays to draw in customers.
• Customer Interaction:Answer customer questions, address concerns, and assist with product selection.
• Reporting:Track sales figures, collect customer feedback, and report progress to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,700.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
