The Sales Promoter is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products to customers in retail outlets, exhibitions, or events. The role involves demonstrating product features, creating brand awareness, and achieving sales targets by engaging directly with customers. Key Responsibilities: Promote and demonstrate products to potential customers in stores, events, or field locations. Actively approach customers, explain product features and benefits, and answer queries. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty. Monitor stock levels and ensure product displays are well arranged and attractive. Collect customer feedback and report insights to the sales/marketing team. Support marketing activities such as sampling campaigns, product launches, and promotional events. Prepare daily sales and activity reports. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on competitor products and market trends.
