Job Description

Sales & Promotion

Promote and demonstrate FMCG products to customers in retail outlets, supermarkets, or promotional events
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Upsell and cross-sell products to increase basket size

Customer Engagement

Approach customers proactively and explain product features, benefits, and promotions
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally
Conduct product sampling or live demonstrations if required

Merchandising & Display

Ensure proper display of products as per planogram standards
Maintain cleanliness and attractive appearance of display shelves and promotional stands
Monitor product stock levels and request replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations

Market Feedback & Reporting

Collect customer feedback and market intelligence (competitor activities, promotions, pricing, etc.)
Submit daily sales and activity reports to the supervisor

Product Knowledge

Maintain updated knowledge of product specifications, features, and competitive advantages
Attend training sessions as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
