The role involves driving brand visibility, educating customers about the products, and achieving sales targets through excellent product demonstration and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and proactively promote Dew products displayed in the store. Provide product demonstrations and explain key features, benefits, pricing, and offers. Understand customer needs and suggest the most suitable product variant. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets assigned by the brand. Maintain clean, attractive, and well-stocked product display counters. Record and report daily sales, customer queries, and competitor activities. Coordinate with store staff and Dew sales supervisors for efficient replenishment and visibility. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain a professional appearance at all times. Participate in promotional events, in-store branding activities, and sampling sessions as required. Key Skills & AttributesGood communication and interpersonal skills.
