Job description Product Promotion: Actively engage with customers in stores or at events, promoting and demonstrating product features, benefits, and usage. Sales Generation: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering solutions that align with the products being promoted. Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, pricing, competitors, and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers. Sales Reporting: Record daily sales activities, customer feedback, and any issues encountered during promotional activities. Provide detailed reports to the Sales Manager. Product Merchandising: Ensure proper placement and visibility of products in stores, following visual merchandising standards and promotional guidelines. Brand Representation: Represent the company’s brand in a positive and professional manner at all times. Feedback & Suggestions: Gather customer feedback and market insights and report these to the Sales Manager to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
