In this role, you will actively engage with customers to promote FMCG products, explain their features, benefits, and unique selling points. You will deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your responsibility will be to influence customers' purchasing decisions through effective communication and product demonstration. Additionally, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with store staff, including store managers, supervisors, and sales associates. Key Responsibilities: - Actively engage with customers to promote FMCG products - Explain product features, benefits, and unique selling points - Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving complaints - Influence customers' purchasing decisions through effective communication and product demonstration - Develop and maintain strong relationships with store staff Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in customer service or sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships - Knowledge of FMCG products is a plus Please note that the company offers a flexible schedule, health insurance, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, and Provident Fund as part of the benefits package.
