Job Description

As a Sales Prog & Incentive Mgmt Analyst at Accenture, your role will involve transforming sales operations to become a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. You will assess, design, build, and implement best practices on process, organization, and technology to create, execute, and run a collaborative sales and support roles. Your focus will be on defining a pricing strategy, creating a pricing model, and ensuring differentiated value for the opportunity pursuit. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proven experience in sales operations within a BPO environment, ideally with expertise in managing large sales teams and complex data sets. - Knowledge of industry-specific sales processes and best practices - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data from various reports and provide insights - Understanding of sales processes, key performance indicators (KPIs), and sales methodologies - Expertise in implementing and structuring sales incentive plans, including commission structures and performance-based rewards - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders - Proficient in data analysis tools, CRM systems, and sales incentive management software - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks - Ability to establish strong client relationships - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders - Adaptable and flexible - Collaboration and interpersonal skills - Problem-solving skills **Qualifications Required:** - Any Graduation About Accenture: Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.
