Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Prog & Incentive Mgmt Analyst at Accenture, your primary responsibility will be to transform sales operations into a future-ready and digital B2B revenue engine. You will work on assessing, designing, building, and implementing best practices related to sales processes, organization, and technology. Your role will involve analyzing customers and partners, optimizing resources across channels to maximize ROI, and evaluating end-to-end capability and operating models. Additionally, you will be involved in technology-enabled process and solution architecture to enable Routes to Market at speed, as well as exploring options for rapid deployment through outsourced services. Key Responsibilities: - Proven experience in sales operations within a BPO environment, with expertise in managing large sales teams and complex datasets. - Knowledge of industry-specific sales processes and best practices. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with customers and internal teams. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data from various reports and provide insights. - Understanding of sales processes, key performance indicators (KPIs), and sales methodologies. - Expertise in implementing and structuring sales incentive plans, including commission structures and performance-based rewards. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information effectively to various stakeholders. - Proficiency in data analysis tools, CRM systems, and sales incentive management software. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks. - Establishing strong client relationships, managing multiple stakeholders, being adaptable and flexible, fostering collaboration and interpersonal skills, and demonstrating problem-solving abilities.
