Sales Professional

The Sales Professional role is a full-time on-site position located in Raurkela. As a Sales Professional, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations. You will be tasked with maintaining product displays, managing inventory, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients. Achieving sales targets, processing transactions, handling customer inquiries, and managing customer relationships are also key aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong sales and customer service skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with customers. Product knowledge and inventory management capabilities will be beneficial in guiding customers towards the right purchase decisions. Your ability to achieve sales targets and address customer inquiries promptly is crucial. Proficiency in using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems will be required to process transactions efficiently. In addition, strong organizational and time-management skills are important for effectively managing product displays and inventory. Previous experience in the retail or jewelry industry will be advantageous.
