Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional at KARAM, located in Jamshedpur. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, engaging with potential clients, presenting product solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires regular travel to client sites and industry events.

• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and the safety industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Willingness to travel regularly to client sites and industry events
