•Coordinate with the OEM sales team to align sales strategies, track progress, and ensure timely communication across all stakeholders.
•Manage both inbound and outbound sales leads by qualifying opportunities and ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
•Collaborate internally with technical and backend sales teams to gather specifications, pricing, and other essential inputs for proposals.
•Draft, review, and submit sales proposals and tenders independently or by coordinating with concerned departments to meet submission deadlines.
•Conduct continuous market research and networking to generate new leads and expand the potential customer base.
•Maintain regular follow-up with clients and internal accounts team to ensure timely collection of payments and resolution of discrepancies.
•Prepare and submit invoices accurately and on time in accordance with agreed client terms and project milestones.
•Schedule, attend, and document client meetings to understand requirements, present solutions, and maintain strong business relationships.
•Design and present company profiles, customer experience summaries, and tailored presentations to effectively communicate value propositions.
•Coordinate with various technical teams, leadership, and management to develop and present comprehensive solutions that meet customer requirements.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
•6+ years of relevant experience in OEM sales (mandatory) and sales coordination.
•Experience in handling government or corporate tenders will be an advantage
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
•Understanding of sales processes and tendering
