Role Description


We are looking for a full-time, on-site Sales Professional in Noida to generate business by visiting government and corporate institutions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is self-driven, eager to grow, and ready to take ownership of the sales cycle. The role involves promoting our AV solutions, meeting key decision-makers, and supporting clients through the entire project lifecycle.



Qualifications


  • Experience in institutional or B2B sales, preferably in AV or IT
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with regular field visits and direct client interaction
  • Familiarity with government procurement, including Tenders and GeM portal
  • Basic understanding of AV and IT products and solutions
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to build long-term client relationships
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
