Role Description We are looking for a full-time, on-site Sales Professional in Noida to generate business by visiting government and corporate institutions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is self-driven, eager to grow, and ready to take ownership of the sales cycle. The role involves promoting our AV solutions, meeting key decision-makers, and supporting clients through the entire project lifecycle. Qualifications Experience in institutional or B2B sales, preferably in AV or IT Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Comfortable with regular field visits and direct client interaction Familiarity with government procurement, including Tenders and GeM portal Basic understanding of AV and IT products and solutions Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively Goal-oriented with a drive to build long-term client relationships Willingness to learn and grow within the role
