Job Description

  • Account Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise clients, managing relationships from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify, develop, and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Strategic Engagement: Work with C-level executives and senior IT leaders to understand business needs and position AIOps solutions accordingly.
  • Client Success: Ensure clients derive maximum value from our SaaS platform through proactive engagement, training, and support coordination.
  • Renewals & Retention: Drive high renewal rates by consistently demonstrating value and managing risk proactively.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data within CRM; prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the AIOps and SaaS space.
