You should possess a B Sc degree with aptitude for pharmaceutical sales promotion and at least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical product sales in reputable medium/large pharmaceutical organizations. Alternatively, fresh graduates in Science with a keen interest and aptitude for field sales are also encouraged to apply for positions available across India. For entry-level roles, it is imperative to have strong oral communication skills, a desire for a career in pharma sales, fluency in spoken English, customer and team orientation, appropriate dress sense, personal hygiene, and the ability to undertake daily local travel. In addition to the aforementioned requirements, individuals aspiring for higher positions should demonstrate people management skills, analytical abilities, result orientation, strong communication skills, readiness for frequent travel, capability to identify, train, and motivate field staff, as well as manage distributors/stockists and coordinate related activities.
