Sales & Partnerships Associate

As a Sales Partnerships Associate / Sales Engineer at Infilects, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's global sales initiatives by utilizing your strong analytical and communication skills. Your responsibilities will encompass a combination of sales engineering, GTM strategy, and marketing enablement to drive growth in AI/Analytics-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the Sales & Partnerships Manager to assist in enterprise sales opportunities. - Create and develop sales collateral, pitch decks, and case studies in conjunction with product and marketing teams. - Assist in go-to-market (GTM) initiatives such as competitor analysis, market research, and account intelligence, including handling partnerships. - Coordinate product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and engage with pre-sales / technical teams. - Aid in the preparation and response to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals for large enterprise clients. - Monitor and report on key sales metrics, pipeline activities, and campaign effectiveness. - Partner with the marketing team for events, webinars, and lead-generation campaigns. - Ensure seamless alignment between sales, product, and delivery teams to facilitate smooth client handovers. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology, preferably in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - MBA in Marketing, Strategy, or Business Analytics is preferred. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development within the AI/Analytics/SaaS domain. - Exposure to enterprise sales cycles, RFP management, and GTM strategy. - Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while engaging with global stakeholders.
