Job Description

As a Sales Partnerships Associate at EdVanD, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the K 12 education space. You will actively engage with school administrators, teachers, and decision-makers to showcase the value of our AI-powered learning solutions. This role requires a balance of consultative selling, relationship building, and passion for transforming education through technology.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential school and institutional partners
Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to educators and administrators Develop and maintain strong relationships with teachers, principals, and school boards Gather feedback from partners to inform product and marketing strategies Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding Meet and exceed monthly outreach, conversion, and engagement goals Represent EdVanD at educational events, expos, and webinars

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (education sector preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English + regional languages preferred) Comfort with remote communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, CRM systems) Empathy and understanding of teachers and schools challenges Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Passion for education and edtech innovation
