Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales & Operations Trainer with 5+ years of experience. The Sales & Operations Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for sales and operational teams. The role includes creating training materials, conducting training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and providing ongoing coaching and support. The Trainer will also collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders
• Expertise in Training & Development, and Instructional Design
• Experience with Training methodologies and effective training delivery
• Ability to design and implement engaging and effective training programs
• Experience in sales training and operations management is preferred
• Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field
