Role : Sale Operations and Order Management

Location: Hyderabad and Bengaluru

Notice period : Immediate or 15 Days

Experience: 1 to 5 Years

Job Summary:

Sales Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process sales orders accurately within defined SLAs.
Support sales and marketing teams by maintaining content and order data in internal systems (STS or equivalent).
Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to resolve order-related issues and ensure timely fulfillment.
Handle queries and escalations related to order management and customer support.
Generate reports, track metrics, and assist in process improvements for operational efficiency.

Mandatory Skills:

Background in
Order Management

Support experience
in Sales and/or Marketing domains.
Familiarity with
STS Order and Content Management Systems
.
Strong
verbal and written communication
skills.
Proven ability in
multi-tasking

stakeholder management
, and
real-time problem-solving
.

Experience Required:

13 years
of experience in an
international BPO
or similar customer/sales support environment.
