Job Title: Sales & Operations Specialist –

Travel & Tourism Location: Mulund West (Mumbai) (on-site)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Operations Manager to manage travel inquiries, prepare quotations, handle end-to-end tour operations, and build strong relationships with new and repeat guests. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of relevant experience in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in and online inquiries and convert them into bookings
• Prepare customized travel quotations and itineraries
• Coordinate with Veena World backend teams for bookings and operations
• Assist clients with visa documentation and travel insurance
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and old guests
• Drive repeat bookings through targeted sales and marketing efforts
• Manage client communication, payment follow-ups, and documentation
• Ensure smooth tour execution and post-tour follow-ups
• Meet sales targets and support local marketing activities

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in travel sales and operations
• Experience in preparing quotations, visa, and insurance handling
• Excellent client servicing and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication and destination knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM tools
• Familiarity with Veena World systems is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹25,000.02 - ₹40,000.00 per month
