Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist position at ZillOut in Mumbai is a full-time on-site role where you will be responsible for engaging with nightlife and F&B venues, promoting ZillOut's solutions, driving revenue growth, and executing account management activities. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products/services, building and maintaining customer relationships, prospecting, cold calling, setting up meetings, staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends, and maintaining a clean CRM. You will work collaboratively with the sales & ops team to optimize performance. The ideal candidate should have Sales and Business Development skills, strong relationship building and communication skills, experience in the nightlife, events, or restaurant industry, knowledge of technology solutions for venues, ability to meet and exceed sales targets, strong negotiation and presentation skills, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, experience with CRM software is a plus, and at least 4 years of work experience. Location: Mumbai Compensation: 6-8 LPA and travel allowance. Immediate joiner will be preferred.,
