Job Title

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the
primary sales operations liaison
for the
US Wound Care Commercial Team
Coordinate and process
sales orders
accurately and ensure
on-time dispatch
Maintain and update
CRM systems
with account information, order history, and activity logs
Support
field sales representatives
with required data, documentation, and timely follow-ups
Communicate professionally with
physicians, clinics, and distributors
on product availability, order status, and delivery timelines
Generate
daily and weekly reports
on sales performance, open orders, and pipeline activity
Collaborate with internal teams including
logistics, finance, compliance, and customer service
Ensure strict adherence to
US compliance protocols
and
HTA documentation standards
(where applicable)

Candidate Profile

Excellent English communication
skills with a
clear American accent
– mandatory
Experience in
sales operations, order processing, or supporting US-based teams
preferred
Proficient with
CRM tools
(e.g., Salesforce) and
reporting dashboards
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a
fast-paced, detail-driven
environment
Must be comfortable with
night shift (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST)
