Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Operations & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day travel operations, manage client inquiries, and drive sales by building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage travel bookings (domestic packages, flights, hotels, transport).

• Handle client queries via calls, emails with professionalism.

• Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.

• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and partners for smooth operations.

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings by offering suitable travel solutions.

• Maintain records of bookings, payments, and client details.

• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and overall business growth.

• Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree must required ( Fresher can Apply )

• 1 – 2 experiences in travel operations or sales (freshers with passion can apply).

• Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Passion for travel and customer service.
