As a Travel Relationship Executive at the company located in Gurgaon, you will play a crucial role in maintaining relationships with travelers and travel agents to ensure exceptional customer service and achieve business targets. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining relationships with travelers by contacting them to understand their trip details - Building and nurturing relationships with travel agents to meet customer needs and promote agent growth on the TT platform - Achieving goals and targets for assigned destinations and agents - Resolving conflicts and handling trip-related responsibilities to ensure a high quality of customer experience - Courteously answering customer calls to provide information about Travel Triangle products and services, arrange consultations, and gather feedback - Interacting with customers via phone, email, or online chat to address various queries Required Skills: - Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral) - Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and effective browsing skills - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask - Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes - Sales experience or internship experience Good to have: - Strong communication skills - Sales acumen - Graduation and/or Post Graduation in Travel & Tourism and/or Management - Any Graduate with sales or sales internship experience, including Diploma holders What You Get: - Salary: INR 2.6 LPA CTC (approx.) - Incentives based on target achievement - Social benefits including PF & ESIC, and Gratuity (as applicable) - 5.5 days working schedule - Transparency and open culture within the company - Participation in employee engagement activities,
