Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Operations & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day travel operations, manage client inquiries, and drive sales by building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage travel bookings (domestic packages, flights, hotels, transport). Handle client queries via calls, emails with professionalism. Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and partners for smooth operations. Convert leads into confirmed bookings by offering suitable travel solutions. Maintain records of bookings, payments, and client details. Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and overall business growth. Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree must required ( Fresher can Apply ) 1 – 2 experiences in travel operations or sales (freshers with passion can apply). Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Passion for travel and customer service.
