Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Operations ExecutiveKey Responsibilities

Visit and engage branches/client offices to acquire housekeeping & facility management contracts
Build and maintain professional relationships with branch managers/decision-makers
Liaison with branches for service coordination, billing submission, and payment follow-ups
Coordinate attendance, billing accuracy, and payroll processing with backend teams
Manage and track uniforms, ID cards, and housekeeping material inventory (Google Sheets)
Conduct routine and surprise site inspections to ensure service quality
Handle grievances; resolve routine issues and escalate critical matters appropriately
Support documentation, reporting, and internal operations communication

Skills Required

Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Basic sales understanding and negotiation ability
Good documentation & coordination skills
Proficiency in Google Sheets / MS Excel
Ability to travel and conduct field visits
Problem-solving attitude & professional behavior

Education & Experience

MBA (Marketing / Business Development) preferred
Minimum 3 months of experience in sales, operations, or field coordination (internship acceptable)

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & location)
Guaranteed Performance incentives based on sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
