Sales Operations Manager

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining patient referral data, CRM, and sales reports. Your role will involve assisting in sales forecasting, performance tracking, and process optimization to contribute to the overall success of our operations. In order to ensure seamless operations, you will coordinate with Patient Relationship Officers (PROs), marketing teams, and hospital staff. Your duties will include ensuring timely follow-ups with referring doctors, partners, and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and facilitate business growth. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance with hospital policies to guarantee the quality and integrity of our operations. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring your presence at our work location for in-person collaboration and engagement with the team.,
