Job Description

As a Sales Operations Executive at Propelld, a leading fintech company in the education financing industry, your role will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned targets. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential leads into active clients. Additionally, you will conduct product presentations, maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, and ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of client applications. Collaboration with internal teams such as Operations, Credit, and Customer Support will be crucial to deliver seamless client experiences. Staying updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned targets - Identify, engage, and convert potential leads into active clients - Conduct product presentations and consultations with prospective customers - Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals - Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of client applications - Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Credit, and Customer Support) to deliver seamless client experiences - Keep updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings Key Requirements: - Freshers or 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in loan products or financial services - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Target-driven mindset with a go-getter attitude - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) - Experience in the education loan segment is highly desirable - Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications In addition to the above, Propelld offers a competitive base salary with performance-based incentives, growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling organization, health insurance, and other employee benefits.
